Chef Josh is the owner of Root To Fruit™, a plant-based “farm to table” meal delivery service. He is an experienced chef who graduated from Johnson & Wales University in 2016 with a B.S. in Food Management and a specialization in sustainability and wellness. As a Philadelphia-based chef, he has over 10 years of experience in the meal delivery, catering, and restaurant industries. He has worked for established caterers such as Feast Your Eyes, Birch Tree, and Jeffrey Miller. He also worked as a sous chef at the Gaylord Opryland in Nashville. Most recently he worked as the senior sous chef for Home Appetit. Three years ago, he became a vegan and hasn’t looked back. His career experiences and educational background  have inspired his vision to build Root To Fruit. Chef Josh is committed to creating delicious and memorable meals for his clients. He specializes
in creating custom menus, with a focus on the growing seasons. Chef Josh says, "Root To Fruit relies on sustainable practices such as, locally sourced ingredients and green packaging materials, showcasing vegan food in an ethical manner.” His commitment to quality, and his drive to create a responsible cuisine, are the foundation of Root To Fruit.
